Return Policy

Domestic Orders:
  1. An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Product will not be eligible for return if the original fold of the product is changed.

  4. Customer can raise a return request by sending an email to support@amythi.in or by dropping a request on Whatsapp(8553776725) with the order details & the return reason. Please note that is a whatsapp messaging only number and calls on this number will not be entertained.
  5. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
  6. Your return request will be further evaluated by our support team before confirming the refund  
  7. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address. #839, Nehru Road, Opposite to Bala Krishna Rangamandira, BEML layout, RR nagar, Bangalore 560098.
  8. The products must be returned in it's original condition and unused. The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
  9. Refund  will be initiated after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
  10. All the refunds will be credited to you through NEFT. The refund might take 4 to 7 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
